BEIRUT adidas nmd norge , Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon will file a complaint to the UN against Israel for violating the country's airspace and causing damage by breaking the sound barrier in the south of the country, Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil said on Monday.
Israeli jets flew low over the southern city of Saida, causing sonic booms that broke windows and shook buildings, Lebanese security sources and residents said.
Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri said Lebanon would issue its complaint "against Israel for planting spy devices on Lebanese land and continously breaching" its airspace, according to his office.
Israeli warplanes regularly enter Lebanon's airspace, the Lebanese army said.
Tensions have risen recently between Lebanon's Hezbollah and Israel, which fought a month-long war in 2006, having killed around 1,200 people in Lebanon, mostly civilians, and 160 Israelis, most of them troops.

A 13-year-old girl from Sichuan Province has been taken into custody for allegedly killing a 3-year-old neighbor by throwing her into a cesspool.
A hunt for the missing toddler, nicknamed Qiqi, was launched in the town of Anxi after she failed to return home on Tuesday evening, Chengdu Business Daily reported yesterday.
According to police reports, the teenager, nicknamed Xiaomin, offered to walk Qiqi home about 8pm on Tuesday after it had turned dark and the toddler became scared.
As the two girls were walking through a residential compound, Xiaomin said she accidentally slammed a heavy gate on the younger child, knocking her unconscious. Thinking she had killed her, the teenager panicked and decided to hide the evidence, the report said.
Afraid that her parents would be made to pay a large sum of money in compensation, she carried Qiqi to a nearby cesspool, removed the stone slab covering it, and dropped the child inside. She then replaced the stone and returned home, pretending nothing had happened, it said.
When Qiqi failed to return home, her family became worried and with the help of neighbors staged a search of the area for the missing child.
When they failed to find her, they called police about 11pm, the report said.
As part of their investigation, police watched footage captured by a surveillance camera showing the two girls together about 8:21pm.
Xiaomin and her grandmother were taken into custody, and after questioning, the teenager told police what had happened.
Officers on Thursday afternoon retrieved Qiqi’s body from the cesspool and it was taken to a funeral home. A forensic team said the child had died from suffocation.
Xiaomin’s parents, who work in Chongqing, have since returned to Anxi and said they will apologize to Qiqi’s parents and compensate them, the report said.
